The aim is to help young researches with their career planning during their stay in North America (USA, Canada, Mexico). Mentees wil be matched with an Austrian mentor, who is an established researcher in their field and institution in North America. Financing is provided so that mentees and mentors can meet in person, mentees can travel to conferences or take career building steps such as scientific courses.
