Dr. Boeckle specializes in providing psychosocial support for researchers and developing digital tools to enhance well-being. His research focuses on topics such as self-efficacy, future planning, and mental health within academic environments. In addition to his academic work, he is an experienced coach, supervisor, and psychotherapist, working with both individuals and groups.

In the talk session, Dr. Markus Boeckle will explore the complex realities faced by early career researchers—including stress, isolation, role conflicts, and unclear expectations. Further, practical strategies to help you navigate these challenges with greater self-awareness, resilience, and a sense of agency will be shared.
