Wilhelm Exner Medal Foundation-Poster session, submission deadline: 30.04.2024

30.04.2024

The Wilhelm Exner Medal Foundation focuses its activities on highlighting innovative research approaches and promising perspectives from all scientific disciplines and works to ensure that research and science are recognized as the nucleus of a prosperous development of our society.

Topics such as pandemics, wars, climate change have clearly demonstrated the vulnerability of our democratic society in recent years. At the same time, we are gaining a better understanding of how we can overcome these challenges. Every discipline will add to the success of transformation.

Against this backdrop, the organizers of the Exner Lectures are calling for submissions for a poster session on the topic of "Milestones for a future worth living". They are looking for innovative technological, social, democratic or societal proposals and solutions to shape our future worth living, both locally and globally.

The best ideas will be awarded a prize money, sponsored by esteemed members of the Exner Circle. Participation in the competition is free of charge and also grants free admission to the Exner Lectures.

Poster presentations: The presentation of the posters will take place as part of the Exner Lectures on the 14th of May (the whole day).
Place of presentations: at Palais Eschenbach in Vienna.
